Easter was filled with the celebration of our Lord’s victory over death! Believers gathered in churches, homes, in driveways, under trees, in parks and many other places to worship, fellowship and remember that amazing day over 2000 years ago when the God of the universe fulfilled His promise to provide the way for us all to be restored to a right relationship with Him for all eternity.

A number of FBC families hosted Sunrise Celebrations in their neighborhoods Easter morning. We got to be part of a celebration in the Waterside at Catawba community. Nearly 30 of us gathered to sing, read the Word, and usher in the new morning. It was great to be with other believers remembering the spectacular event of the resurrection! Thank you to everyone that hosted/participated in a celebration event.
